This is an empowering weekend of self discovery and learning for uterus-bearing folks. You will gain insight into how your body works, what it looks and feels like when it's out of balance, and what tools and remedies you can use to bring your body back into balance - including your own two hands! Learn lymphatic breast care, uterus alignment, herbal allies for fertility and contraception, and more!
In this workshop we will be centering the experiences of people with uteruses. We welcome all gender expressions and honor all people's relationship to their bodies and natural cycles!

If you're a massage therapist and you'd like to put you new found lymphatic breast care skills to use, join DeAnna's Camp Areola at the Northern California Women's Herbal Symposium (NCWHS) or Spirit Weavers.
We will be offering free holistic breast checks throughout each gathering, teaching women how to explore, map and understand the terrain of their breast tissue.
The Women's Health Workshop is prerequisite for new breast checkers.
