Give and receive lymphatic chest checks, Learn to assess the lymph for health and feel the difference between matted lymph, cysts, adhesions, scar tissue, and tumors. Practice moving the lymph and scar tissue breakdown.

Uterine Alignments

Learn Ms. Beatrices techniques to assess the position of the uterus and manually adjust the uterus through gentle massage techniques to guide the body's "compass” back into alignment. 

• Map the reproductive system anatomy and physiology.
• Utilize symptom and dis-order lists to decipher what's going on in your body. We will discuss symptoms and remedies for fibroids, endometriosis, cysts, cancer, and  microbial imbalances.
• Understand the contraception and fertility choices available to you. Including natural and safe birth control and abortion plants and techniques for the first seven weeks. 
• Come away with elemental remedies to support your wellbeing, vitality, and sovereignty.

Together we will be facing fear of the unknown. Investigating our tissues with love, care, and curiosity. Uncovering lumps, bumps, & pain without judgement, and finding solutions and remedies that work for us. 

As we re-awaken this deeply intuitive aspect of our bodies, and learn how to truly listen to what our tissue is telling us about our health, we will co-create a compassionate and safe space for everyone to explore their bodies and move through whatever may arise.

All genders are welcome in this course. We can all learn how to support a human, outside of our personal preferences or traumas with humans. We encourage everyone to honor their own boundaries and treat one another with mutual understanding and respect.
